Citizens who want to travel to Azerbaijan need to obtain an Azerbaijani visa. Turkish citizens who will enter the country from the capital Baku Heydar Aliyev Airport are given a gate visa for 10 USD at the airport.

Citizens who do not want to get a gate visa at the airport and do not want to pay a fee can get a visa free of charge with the application they will make from the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Ankara and the Consulate General in Istanbul and the diplomatic missions of the Republic of Azerbaijan abroad.
